"So, as we walked into the pandemic, we definitely saw a major hit in availabilities of supplies," Timberlake said. "The amount of infrastructure and just specialty pieces that we brought in, from the skylights and specialty glasses, the curtain walls, all of that, there are very few suppliers," said Bryan Timberlake, CEO of Timberlake Construction, the project's main construction contractor.
